Breakfast Meetings at Bay Leaf Kitchen

I love staff meetings with these inspiring ladies! Especially because I know there will always be food.

Today Amy brought baked cinnamon donuts and a salad with kale and Brussels sprouts in a lemon Dijon vinaigrette. She also made a homemade granola with goji berries and all kinds of good stuff! I baked a caramelized onion and Brie quiche and, for the meat-eaters, a quiche with scallions, aged cheddar and rosemary-rubbed ham!

Doesn't feel like work when I'm eating good food with such good people!
