Session A: Sausage-making with 4505 Meats
Session B: Chicken with Elliot Steinhardt from Local Mission Market
Session C: Whole Animal Butchery with Dave the Butcher

Overnight at Magruder Ranch including a sleepover under the stars. We will tour a working cattle ranch, learn about raising sustainable meat, forage from the garden + cook our final meal together with Guest Chef Robin Song from Hog & Rocks. We will also visit the biodynamic farm and property of Parducci Winery to learn about their self-sustaining agricultural methods.

Ages: 6th - 8th Graders

Cost:  $350 Cost includes food, and transportation to ranch.  Financial aid is available to all those in need. If you would like to request financial aid, please first fill out the registration form and under the payment option click through to the financial aid application.
