Italian-style Salsa Verde

Serves 8

What Do We Need?

1 cup mixed herbs: parsley, mint, dill, scallion, cilantro
1/4 cup capers
2 large cloves of garlic
8 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon

How Do We Make It?

  1. Finely chop the herbs and thinly slice garlic.

  2. Simply toss your greens and other ingredients.

  3. Add salt and lemon to taste.
